Habari Extras - Themes

The following is a list of all of the themes that are hosted in the Habari Extras source code repository.

Within each directory, you may find one or more versions of the theme you are looking for. Here's how to know which file to pick.

Theme filenames are made up of at least two parts. The first part is the theme name. For the purposes of describing the way filenames work, let's look at a theme named "sample", which you would find in a directory named "sample" below.

One of two things will follow the theme name:

Trunk Versions

Any theme whose filename contains "-trunk" is constructed from the trunk branch of the theme. That means that it is the development version of the theme.

An in-development version contains the latest code, and possibly requires the latest, in-development version of Habari to work properly.

You are advised against using the trunk version of a theme unless you know for sure what you're doing.

The "sample" theme filename for the trunk version would be sample-trunk.zip

Tag Versions

Any theme whose filename contains something other than "trunk" will have a combination of numbers that indicate the version of the theme.

Habari theme versions number have two parts, separated by a dash. The first part is the version of Habari that the theme is known to work with. The second part is the version of the theme itself. A theme author may release multiple versions of a theme to provide updated features.

You should choose to use the most recent version of a theme that matches the Habari version you have installed.

The "sample" theme filename sample-0.6-0.1 is designed to work with Habari version 0.6, and is version 0.1 of the theme.

The "sample" theme filename sample-0.7-0.2 is designed to work with Habari version 0.7, and is version 0.2 of the theme.
